 •  Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE: regardless of Attendance. •  Cancellation Policy: If you should cancel either during a session or choose to not sign up for the next session, and you have classes you need to make-up, you may make-up your classes in subsequent sessions, however your previous Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if you cancel and are not available to make-up your classes. •Class Pricing: The Pre-Paid Series is for 8 weeks. •Enrollment and Liability Waiver: Each student must fill out and sign an Enrollment and Release form. •Make-Up Classes: Students are allowed one(1) non-excused Make-Up Class per semester. Make-Up Classes must be pre-arranged and attended within four(4) weeks. •Dress Code: All students need proper attire for their classes as follows: oGIRLS: Pink leotard, Pink tights, Pink ballet skirt (optional), Pink Ballet shoes, Black Tap shoes. oBOYS: Solid White t-shirt or tank, Black pants, White socks, Black Ballet shoes, Black Tap shoes. ••• PLEASE put your child’s name on each shoe!! ***Clothes and shoes may be purchased from Miss Melanie on the first day of class, or attire may be found on your own. info
